Aspire Defence Capital Works (ADCW)

Building Success Together

After setting up Aspire Defence Capital Works in 2006, Carillion and KBR have worked collaboratively and effectively, enjoying over a decade of success. Proving that when companies who share similar values combine and team up, great things can happen.

Aspire Defence Capital Works (ADCW) is an unincorporated joint venture between Carillion and KBR and for the last 10 years, it has successfully combined the staff, processes, and cultures of both parent companies to create a business capable of successfully delivering a construction contract as challenging as the Private Finance Initiative (PFI) for  Project Allenby Connaught (PAC).  With a duration of 35 years, PAC is the largest infrastructure PFI contract to ever be let by the Ministry of Defence.

ADCW is working on behalf of the Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO) to deliver a programme of building and redevelopment works, to improve the military infrastructure at garrison locations across Salisbury Plain and Aldershot, focusing on providing high-quality, purpose-built work facilities for soldiers, and the construction and refurbishment of living accommodation for military personnel based at Salisbury Plain and at Aldershot.
