Helpdesk

Our Helpdesks are there to do just that - help. We have desks at TidNBul, Larkhill and Warminster, and another in Aldershot. But while they may be geographically separated, they operate as one through linked computer and phone systems. So no matter which Helpdesk number you contact your call will be answered.

And when it is answered, you won't have to go through a series of options before speaking to an operator - instead your call goes to the first available operator regardless of which garrison you are calling from. Neither does it matter when you call - the Tidworth Helpdesk is operational 24 hrs a day 365 days a year. We are even there on Christmas day. Each of the other Helpdesks operates during core hours and there is also a walk-in facility at each garrison where you can log a request in person.
