Based in Aldershot the Human Resources Generalist supports the business to achieve its strategic aims, whilst providing a comprehensive HR service. This includes the provision of guidance and advice on resourcing, learning and development, employee relations, and employee benefits.
The Utilities Project Manager will take responsibility for the garrison wide management of MUJV.
Reporting to ADCW Pre-Construction Director, you will lead and manage (where applicable) the design team and the development of the detail design, for which ADCW is responsible, in accordance with programme requirements and project commercial objectives.
To set out, monitor progress & maintain records of all new works including external work activities, refurbishment works including all site logistic activities & manage site engineering graduates and chainmen and construction surveyors, in accordance with the requirements of ADCW.
The Assistant Planner reports directly to the Senior Planner and is in charge of, and responsible for, part of the overall Pre-Construction programme. He / she will develop and maintain the programme for the scope of work for which he / she is responsible.
The planning Manager is responsible for the management of the planning for large construction projects throughout the Army Garrisons in Wiltshire, leading a team of planners as instructed by the Chief Planning Manager.
To pro-actively deliver, and wherever possible exceed, the agreed objectives of both ADCW and the client (MOD) by leading a project team in the planning, development, monitoring and delivery of an integrated design, procurement and construction programme.
To undertake the detailed management and liaison with individual trade foremen and supervisors in order to ensure that the design is complied with, and that installation is in accordance with required specification and standards.
To manage all production and associated functions on site, including pro-actively liaising with both the delivery team and the project manager / director about the programming and resourcing of the works, the Commercial function to monitor and review the preliminary contract costs against actual costs and delivery, the Planning function to monitor and review the project progress against the agreed timetable.
Aspire Defence Capital Works is undertaking the construction phase of one of the largest building programmes in the South.
We are building or refurbishing over 300 buildings across sites in six locations in Wiltshire and Hampshire.

Most posts generally work to a standard 40 or 45 hour week.
