To act as a point of contact in the Aspire Defence Capital Works (ADCW) Project Offices managing and maintaining documents, drawings and electronic document management systems and assist in office administration duties as required.
Aspire Defence Capital works are recruiting an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to be based at Perham Down. As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will be accountable to the Senior Quantity Surveyor for commercial and contractual aspects of the ABP (Army Basing Programme).
The planning Manager is responsible for the management of the planning for large construction projects throughout the Army Garrisons in Wiltshire, leading a team of planners as instructed by the Chief Planning Manager.
To pro-actively deliver, and wherever possible exceed, the agreed objectives of both ADCW and the client (MOD) by leading a project team in the planning, development, monitoring and delivery of an integrated design, procurement and construction programme.
To deliver the construction programme in line with the agreed standards by taking responsibility for all day to day ‘on site’ issues within the post holder’s defined section of work.
Aspire Defence Capital works are recruiting a number of Quantity Surveyors to be based at project sites including Tidworth, Larkhill, Perham Down, Bulforod and Aldershot. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be accountable to the Senior Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Manager for commercial and contractual aspects of the ABP (Army Basing Programme).
Aspire Defence Capital Works is undertaking the construction phase of one of the largest building programmes in the South.
We are building or refurbishing over 300 buildings across sites in six locations in Wiltshire and Hampshire.

Most posts generally work to a standard 40 or 45 hour week.
