Aspire Defence Capital Works has been praised by a local school for redecoration and groundworks carried out there recently.<\/p>\n
ADCW Perham Down was approached by Clarendon Infants\u2019 School in Tidworth, with a request to help improve its interior and exterior spaces as part of wider refurbishment works.<\/p>\n
A team of ADCW staff went into the school in February and April half terms to repaint two classrooms and brighten up the learning space.\u00a0 They also removed five dead and dying trees in January 2018.<\/p>\n
In a letter of thanks to ADCW, Helen Price, Business Manager at Clarendon Infants\u2019 School, wrote:<\/p>\n
\u201cWe are really pleased with the classrooms that have been redecorated.\u00a0 This has made a huge difference to the light levels and has created a much brighter place for children and staff to teach and learn.\u00a0 The tree work has made our outside spaces safe and tidy for the children and the wider school community.\u00a0 We look forward to a continuing relationship with Aspire and are extremely appreciative of Aspire\u2019s ongoing support.\u201d<\/p>\n
This project was a \u2018perfect fit\u2019 for ADCW because it aligns with our corporate values of Safety First and Care & Respect.\u00a0 It also supports our assessment under the Considerate Contractors Scheme, which monitors the performance of construction sites and rewards those which demonstrate the highest levels of consideration towards the public, workforce and the environment.<\/p>\n
