To inspect buildings to determine fire protection system requirements and maintain the fire protection systems as part of a highly skilled maintenance support function within the Garrison
Deliver a range of planned building and maintenance projects. Supervision and coordination of subcontractors to quality, cost, time, CDM / HSE requirements and to the approved scope and specification.

To assist the Senior Storekeeper to account and maintain all materiel held within a Garrison store on behalf of the MoD in conjunction with their current regulations and JSPs.
To provide support to the Authority customer in the delivery of the transport service and to liaise with other departments on associated issues. This involves both the administration of transport bookings and the physical preparation and handover/takeover of vehicles.
To undertake New, Reactive or PPM carpentry works as part of a highly skilled maintenance function within the Garrison.

To provide general labouring support including gutter cleaning as part of a skilled labour support function within the Garrison

To provide a Reception Helpdesk Service within ADSL according to Joint Service Publications and the Statement of Requirement.
To provide effective Administration and Supervisory Support for the department and ADSL Manager
The post holder will provide comprehensive stores support for Tidworth & Bulford Estates Store covering sourcing, selection, and purchase of goods to ensure a smooth supply of parts to the Maintenance team that meets contractual response times
The role is responsible for the management and accounting of all materials held within the Garrison Estates/Technical Stores including FF&E and loan equipment in accordance with ADSL policies, processes, and procedures.
The Resource Allocator is responsible for delivering a high level of Customer Service to both internal departments and external customers, managing areas of responsibility, ensuring all jobs raised by the Help Desk are actioned accordingly and within timescales. Scheduling work for the Maintenance teams. Liaising with Sub Contractors, Customers and Engineers
