{"id":2381,"date":"2017-11-23T14:15:46","date_gmt":"2017-11-23T14:15:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/aspiredefence.co.uk\/adsl\/?p=2381"},"modified":"2017-11-23T14:15:46","modified_gmt":"2017-11-23T14:15:46","slug":"adsl-receives-employer-recognition-scheme-award-2017","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/aspiredefence.co.uk\/adsl\/adsl-receives-employer-recognition-scheme-award-2017\/","title":{"rendered":"ADSL Receives Employer Recognition Scheme Award 2017"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>At a prestigious ceremony in October Mike Hughes, HR Director, ADSL was presented with the Silver MOD Defence Employer Recognition Scheme Award by Her Majesty\u2019s Lord-Lieutenant for the County of Wiltshire.<\/p>\n<p>The Silver Award goes to organisations which employ members of the armed forces community and demonstrate their support for service personnel through having established HR policies and procedures.<\/p>\n<p>To win the Award these organisations are nominated by a third party and need to demonstrate flexibility towards annual training commitments and mobilisation of reservist employees.
