Behind every safe workplace\u00a0are\u00a0a thousand everyday decisions made with care. For Aspire Defence Services Limited\u00a0(ADSL), those decisions have once again been recognised.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/h1>\n

ADSL has been awarded the RoSPA President\u2019s Award, marking 13 consecutive Gold Awards for outstanding health and safety performance throughout 2025. The achievement is especially significant as it comes during the 70th anniversary of the RoSPA Health and Safety Awards, a milestone year celebrating seven decades of progress in accident prevention and workplace safety.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The RoSPA Awards, run by the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents, are the world\u2019s largest and most respected health and safety awards programme, attracting around 2,000 entries from\u00a0nearly 60\u00a0countries each year. The President\u2019s Award is reserved for organisations that\u00a0demonstrate\u00a0sustained excellence over many years,\u00a0recognising not just strong systems, but consistent behaviours,\u00a0leadership\u00a0and shared responsibility.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

For ADSL, safety is not confined to policies or procedures. It is built into daily life across the\u00a0PAC Estate,\u00a0from\u00a0maintaining\u00a0buildings\u00a0to delivering essential services that support soldiers and their families. Whether\u00a0that is\u00a0responding to repairs, managing\u00a0projects\u00a0or\u00a0taking calls\u00a0on the Helpdesk,\u00a0teams focus on doing the job properly, looking out for one another and ensuring everyone returns home safe at the end of the day.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

This latest award reflects the collective effort of\u00a0our people,\u00a0working together across sites and locations, and\u00a0highlights\u00a0a strong\u00a0culture where people feel confident to speak up, challenge unsafe practices and continuously learn\u00a0–\u00a0not because they have to, but because it\u2019s the right thing to do.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
