3 Million Safe Man Hours and One Year LTi Free

Aspire Defence Capital Works (ADCW) are proud to announce the exceptional achievement of working 3 Million Safe Man Hours on the Army Basing Programme (ABP) and one year since the last Lost Time Incident (LTi) was recorded.

The challenge of effectively managing and coordinating the Works with at peak having 1400+ contractors working over five military Garrisons cannot be underestimated. This achievement has only materliased through everyone’s underlying commitment to achieve Zero Harm 24/7 and the collaboration with the Trade Contarctors is clearly evident to see – proud moment!!

The Construction Industry is well know for its inherent risks and ADCW has worked hard to develop an environment where Zero Harm 24/7 is embedded within its culture and part of its DNA.
