Mark Carr – Managing Director

Mark Carr joined as Managing Director in February 2016. Mark, as an Army veteran, has a deep enthusiasm for the service we provide to the Army, strong leadership skills and a strategic focus on aligning business capability to the future needs of our military customers.

Martin West – Operations Director

Martin West joined as Operations Director in July 2023. Martin provides leadership and direction to the operational service delivery teams at the Garrisons across Salisbury Plain and at Aldershot, as well as managing the relationship with the Army.

Nigel Marsh – Finance Director

Nigel Marsh is the Finance Director. Nigel joined ADSL in 2004, before the PAC Contract was signed, and was part of the original team who set-up the business. Nigel helped establish financial processes and governance. As well as continuing to lead financial management and controls, he also leads the Procurement function.

Deborah Marsh – Director of Business Services

Deborah Marsh joined ADSL in 2006 and is the Director of Business Services. She has a deep understanding of the business and the PAC Contract and leads our commercial activities as well as several other business overhead functions. Her multi-disciplinary team are key to the delivery of many business projects and initiatives.

Leigh Bryce – Chief Engineer

Leigh Bryce joined the business as the Chief Engineer in February 2023. Leigh, A Royal Navy Veteran, leads our Estates management activities, setting policy and direction as well as ensuring compliance in delivery. With extensive knowledge and technical expertise, Leigh also ensures we deliver cutting-edge solutions to meet the evolving needs of our military customers.

Sundae Spiers – Human Resources Director

Sundae Spiers joined ADSL as the HR Director in August 2020. Sundae leads our People Services Team as well as our People First Strategic Perspective. Since joining the business, she has focused on employee benefits and welfare and has successfully delivered several improvement initiatives.

Richard Tindal – Capital Projects Director

Richard Tindal joined ADSL as Capital Projects Director in 2020, having previously held senior roles in Aspire Defence Capital Works during both the PAC & ABP build programmes. His leadership of the Capital Projects Team drives the successful delivery of our building and refurbishment projects. His technical expertise, commitment and focus on understanding future Army requirements are at the core of our ability to deliver sustainable solutions.
