Apprenticeships

Our meticulously structured Apprenticeship programmes offer a gateway to hands-on learning and skill development, enabling Apprentices to thrive in their chosen fields.

ADSL encourages its employees to consider Apprenticeships as an alternative learning pathway for future development opportunities, and provides full support towards the successful completion of their programmes.

Through this pathway towards learning and development, several employees have been able to advance their careers and develop valuable skills for life.

Hear from our inspiring Apprentices below!

“I have enjoyed my degree-level Apprenticeship in Building Surveying and, as a mature student, undertaking distance learning through UCEM. It has been challenging but I have gained so much knowledge so far regarding the built environment which supplement and enhance my existing knowledge. ADSL has supported my journey by allowing me the study time required to ensure I can keep on top of my studies and adequately balance work and life. It is a commitment that requires a high level of discipline, but the reward will be to become a chartered industry professional.”
— Penny Lee, ADSL Capital Projects Team, is currently studying a degree-level Apprenticeship to be a Chartered Surveyor.
“I would highly recommend an Apprenticeship to anyone who wants to pursue a career in Business and Administration. It is a great way to gain valuable experience and a qualification that is recognised and valued by employers. It also gives you the opportunity to work with a reputable and supportive company, and to build a rewarding and satisfying career.”
— Molly Banting, ADSL Learning and Development Coordinator, completed her Level 2 Business and Administration Apprenticeship in 2015, after deciding that college and exams were not for her.
