On behalf of DIO, ADSL is responsible for the management and maintenance of assets on Garrisons across Salisbury Plain and Aldershot. 

Our comprehensive services cover asset data management, condition surveys, technical inspections, acceptance and handover of new buildings, as well as temporary accommodation options.

We maintain and service a diverse range of assets and facilities across the PAC estate. Some of these include:

 

Maintenance Services

We provide a thorough maintenance service that encompasses statutory, planned, and reactive maintenance.

Our expertise is supported by regular internal reviews, audits, in-house checks, and external verification audits to ISO Standards. Our extensive capability includes mechanical and electrical engineering, strategic estates maintenance, governance, fire management, utilities and more.

Working alongside subcontractors, we ensure that all maintenance services are delivered to the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Pre-Planned Maintenance (PPM)

Our PPM framework is designed to maintain all areas of the estate in line with our contract requirements, ADSL’s strategy and industry best practices. The framework includes a schedule of planned maintenance tasks, statutory inspections and individual asset evidence-led risk assessments. This approach ensures efficient application and proportionate delivery of estate maintenance, promoting longevity and operational efficiency.

Reactive Maintenance

Our reactive maintenance service is managed through the ADSL-operated Helpdesk. Calls are promptly directed to the appropriate department and tasks are categorised depending on urgency.

Helpdesk

ADSLs 24/7 Helpdesk receives calls directly from Army customers across PAC. As well as logging calls requesting repairs to infrastructure, the Helpdesk also acts as the hub for logging any Health and Safety incidents.

Land and Property

We deliver professional management and maintenance of land and property assets on behalf of the MOD. We also provide access to MOD-managed buildings and facilities within PAC for casual use and rentals.

Waste Management

ADSL is responsible for collecting and disposing of most of the waste produced across PAC, including general waste produced in offices, living accommodation, catering facilities and technical buildings.

Working closely with the MOD we administer security checks in strict adherence to MOD requirements. This includes the processing and allocation of security and car passes to authorised Personnel.

Sports and Leisure Centres

At ADSL, we are responsible for managing two sports and leisure centres in Tidworth and Aldershot. Tidworth Leisure Centre is operated in partnership with Wiltshire Council and Army Library Services and caters to both the local community and Tidworth Garrison. Aldershot Garrisons Sports Centre caters to both military and non-military customers, offering an array of membership options to suit individual requirements.
