With an established supply chain and in-house expertise in project management, planning and delivery, our teams are based at each Garrison working with our subcontractors and the customer to deliver fully serviced living and working infrastructure.
The team works on the analysis, planning, programming, and delivery of work across the Garrisons.
Working closely with relevant stakeholders and contractors, the team develops programmes to agreed cost, time and performance criteria.
The team also oversees an ongoing lifecycle programme of works ranging from painting and decorating, to replacing roofs, to substantial building refurbishments.
Lifecyle planning is a core part of our business and a contractual obligation unique to the PAC estate. Lifecyle allows us to deliver continual value to the Army by ensuring living and working infrastructure is always maintained and built to high-quality standards.
