ADSL Retains IIP Silver Accreditation

We are delighted to announce that Aspire Defence Services Limited has just been awarded a silver accreditation by Investors in People (IIP).

Only 15% of organisations assessed by Investors in People achieve a silver award, which means not only is it a fantastic achievement, but also a testament to the consistent effort of our teams around the business.

With a workforce of nearly 1,000 employees, spread across several office locations, ADSL is continually focused on investing in our people and making it a great place to work. Our people are at the centre of all our activities, and we combine this with focusing on serving our communities around us.

Commenting on the award, Mark Carr, ADSL Managing Director said,

In addition, ADSL has also received its 9^th consecutive RoSPA Gold award, for recognition of the company’s safety performance.
