Aspire Defence Services Ltd Sponsors New Kit for Bemerton Heath Harlequins FC

ADSL has recently sponsored new tracksuits, training kit and equipment for the Bemerton Heath Harlequins FC.

After narrowly surviving the last season, the new kits will serve as a huge confidence boost to the team, who have been steadily improving since ADSL Estates Supervisor, Jack Slade joined the coaching staff last year.

Like most institutions in the country, 2021 had been a tough year for the club. It was at this time that Jack was asked to coach the reserve/development team, who were at the bottom of the Hampshire combination premier division. The team managed to win 7 of the remaining 10 games and avoided relegation.

Speaking on the team’s achievement and his long history with the club, Jack enthused,

“It was a challenge, but one I relished. My father built this club with his friends in 1989. I played my whole career from a child through to First team, but had to retire in 2017/2018 after an injury, and to better juggle family life. The club will always be close to my heart, it is a young, and talented close-knit group.”

Following some changes in the current season which included the addition of a few new players to the team, the Bemerton Heath Harlequins are now currently top of the Hampshire combination premier division.

The new tracksuits, training kit and equipment will help the young team become a more professional outfit, particularly now that they are regularly getting opportunities to play at a higher level.

Expressing his gratitude for the sponsorship and what it means to the club, Jack said,
