PFI Commercial & Compliance Support Manager
A vacancy has arisen for a Commercial and Compliance Support Manager to join our team. We are looking for someone with experience in one or more of the following areas: PFI, quality, estates, facilities management, asset management, or compliance environments. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across commercial, operational and governance activities and wants to contribute to the smooth running of a complex, high‑profile contract.
Working closely with the Head of Commercial and the FM Assurance Manager, you will play a key role in strengthening our commercial efficiency and ensuring robust adherence to contractual, assurance and governance processes. You will support ADL in meeting its commercial obligations with accuracy, transparency and professionalism.
You will also contribute to operational and compliance assurance activities across the SPV, helping maintain strong performance standards and effective oversight.
A core part of the role involves monitoring performance and providing commercial oversight of the PFI project against contractual deliverables. Your insight and attention to detail will help ensure the project continues to meet expectations and deliver value.
All applicants must be eligible for Security Clearance and able to achieve it within three months of joining.
Full time/Permanent role
Salary: £45 – 50K per annum
Location: Aspire Business Centre, Tidworth
